RETURNS

If you'd like to return your order, this must be done within 30 days of purchase and the product must be in brand new condition in its original packaging. This excludes Custom Scooters.

If a part has arrived to you damaged, please contact us about this, include pictures of the marking on the product and we can give you a returns label to either exchange or refund the product free of charge.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer free returns.

Custom Scooters CANNOT be returned for a full refund - As the custom built scooter is made to order, parts of the scooter can be internally marked and the original packaging removed, this deems the product un-sellable and therefore cannot be fully refunded. We may be able to accept the return of a custom scooter for a partial refund or credit on your Dogg Scooters account.

***EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS: Any order purchased between November 1st and December 24th will have until January 31st 2024 to be returned.

As per our regular returns policy, customers have 30 days to return an item for a full refund. 

Customers that are returning items after 30 days and up until January 31st 2024 will be credited with a DOGG Scooters Gift Voucher to the original email address. 

Returned items must be unused, in brand new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund/Gift Voucher. 

 

 

WARRANTY

If you have had an issue with a scooter part breaking, please contact us and we can put in a warranty claim for you with the brand. Please include pictures of the damage and a full picture of the product and complete scooter.
